INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
A collaborative space to examine and address the questions you have put off.
You may arrive already with a goal in mind or we can work to identify what that might be. My purpose is to help you uncover insights about yourself. I hope to make you feel comfortable to express yourself freely and if necessary, make the changes you truly feel are right for you. I will occasionally assign homework when it is helpful to do so.

COUPLES THERAPY
The goal of couples therapy is to give you and your partner a safe and structured environment in which to have difficult conversations; ones that have been avoided, tumultuous, or have caused scars in the past. By establishing frameworks to examine events and disagreements, I help couples understand each other’s feelings and actions as they relate to their respective values and sentiments. Building comprehension of each other’s experiences and finding alignment where we can.

It is important to remember that maintaining the union is not always the best course of action. In this process, we may realize that the conflict between you and your partner’s outlook is too significant to accept. In such circumstances, my goal is to help facilitate the parting of ways in a manner that you both can feel good about.

Communication Issues ● Poor Fighting Dynamics ● Trust  ● Conflicts in Beliefs ● Shifts in Roles ● Fairness/Balance ● Autonomey/Dependency ● Dysfunctional Patterns ● Intimacy Issues
